Yes, it is mandatory to fill out a consent form before your first sauna experience to ensure your safety. However, once you have completed the initial form, you will not need to fill out another for any future sessions.

It is recommended to wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing or a bathing suit while using the sauna. Some people prefer to use the sauna in their towels for comfort and hygiene.

Sauna sessions are 30 minutes per session.
